RULE
1. The agent's commission ratio fluctuates according to the total earnings of the last 30 days. The total earnings in the last 30 days consists of two parts:
a. All host's total income in the last 30 days
b. The total income of all invite agents in the last 30 days
2. The agency commission consists of two parts:
a. Host: Agent's corresponding commission rate × Host's performance
b. Invite agent: (Agency Commission Rate − Commission rate for invite agents) × Invite agent earnings

We collect information you provide when registering as an agent or streamer, including your name, email address, Poppo ID, and payment details. We also collect usage data such as session duration, content streamed, and interaction history to improve platform services.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted third-party payment processors solely to facilitate withdrawals. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To submit a request, contact us via WhatsApp support. We respond within 5 business days.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all stored information. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
By registering as an agent or streamer on Poppo Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or register as an agent.
Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Poppo reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected. All earnings are calculated based on verified platform data and are final unless disputed within 7 days of crediting.
Poppo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agency account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice. Unpaid commissions accrued before termination will be settled within 30 days.
Violations may result in a warning, temporary commission hold, agency suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. Repeat offences will escalate automatically. Appeals can be submitted within 14 days of any disciplinary action.
